The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants has named Lynne Schoenl, a partner in McGladrey & Pullen's Bethesda, Md., office to its Employee Benefit Plan Industry Expert Panel. The AICPA chose Schoenl for her expertise in working with a variety of employee benefit plans. Schoenl has 13 years of experience specializing in accounting and auditing services for employee benefit plans with a concentration in government-contractor sponsored plans. "Lynne Schoenl is a leading authority on employee benefit plan issues," says William D. Travis, managing partner of McGladrey & Pullen. "Her extensive knowledge in this field will be invaluable to the Employee Benefit Plan Industry Expert Panel."
