Those who join RSM McGladrey enjoy the opportunity to work directly with our clients' key decision makers. Learning and Professional Development
We encourage employees to enrich their lives and careers by participating in continuing professional education (CPE). We offer annual training that far exceeds state and national licensing requirements and our CPE group offers more than 240 educational courses to employees. Our goal is to ensure that every employee in our organization pursues at least 40 hours of professional education each year. We invest in our people by offering a variety of programs, like our Women’s Leadership, leadership development, Partner Development and Business Advisor programs.  These and other opportunities are offered in a variety of formats including one-on-one and live classroom training locally and nationally, Web cast and self-directed learning modules to help employees attain their technical and leadership development career goals. We continually review and upgrade an extensive national training platform that gives our employees the tools to succeed at all levels during their career advancement.

Performance Management
We encourage and support personal growth by helping craft performance goals and personal development plans that can take you where you want to grow. Your performance advisor will assist you with the tools necessary for you to create targeted goals and objectives. This is done through focusing on Critical Success Factors.
